If you have received unwanted contact from a contractor, witnessed conduct that concerns you at a fire scene, or want to flag a problem with how FireSignal operates, use this form. We acknowledge every submission within 24 hours.

Submissions are reviewed by a human. We may follow up with additional questions and will inform you of any action taken. Per our Acceptable Use Policy, customer accounts can be suspended or terminated for verified misconduct.
