What we collect
We store subscriber contact information (name, email, phone, business address) and property addresses from public records. We do not collect or store homeowner names or homeowner contact information. See our Acceptable Use Policy for what we forbid customers from doing with the data.
SMS / TCPA
We send transactional SMS alerts only after capturing your explicit written consent. Each consent record (text version, timestamp, IP, user agent) is logged in an append-only audit table and retained for at least 4 years per TCPA.
