Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, and Caldwell counties all publish TCAD-equivalent appraisal data, but none of their PSAPs publishes a public CAD feed today. Coverage of each county requires a B2B dispatch-sharing agreement with the local emergency communications office. The dispatch agreement is the gate, not the property data: each appraisal district's parcel feed is identified and ready to load once a county's agreement closes.
