Extra user seat

$79/mo per seat

Add a dispatcher, estimator, or partner beyond the one seat your base plan includes. Each gets their own SMS line and dashboard login.

Higher webhook volume

$99/mo

Webhooks are included in the base plan up to 500 deliveries/month. This add-on lifts the cap to 10,000/month plus per-destination delivery logs.

Pilot cohort

The first 2–5 Travis County shops get 60–90 days free in exchange for honest feedback. No card, no contract. Email hello@getfiresignal.com if you'd like to be considered.

Never per alert

Today's stack vs. one subscription.

Per-alert and per-lead pricing create the wrong incentive — they make contractors count dispatches instead of responding to them. FireSignal is a predictable monthly base plus a flat per-seat add, so you can watch the whole county and bill the first job, not the next 50.

Before

Today's stack

  • A scanner app pinging at 3 AM with no filter.
  • A junior employee monitoring Facebook fire-watcher groups.
  • Calling AFD PIO the next morning to ask what happened overnight.
  • Buying leads from a national lead-gen firm for $40–$80 each.
  • Driving to a 'commercial fire' that turned out to be a 4-bay car wash.

With FireSignal

$299/month base

  • One text per dispatch in your service area, severity scored.
  • Property profile already attached: year, square feet, appraised value.
  • Parcel map and one-tap navigation, not a street centerline pin.
  • Severity-tiered quiet hours so non-critical dispatches don't wake you.
  • One number — STOP cancels at the carrier, instantly.

The math

One driveable lead covers the year.

Average residential fire-damage job in the Austin metro runs between $18K and $40K according to industry benchmarks. If FireSignal helps you close even one extra job a year that you otherwise wouldn't have heard about, the subscription pays for itself many times over — before the second job, before the webhooks, before the extra seats.

And you won't have to guess which job that was. The dashboard's pipeline tracker ties each saved alert through to a signed job, so you measure your real cost per signed job instead of estimating it.

We're not promising those jobs. We're putting the dispatch signal on your phone — what happens at the curb is on you.

Annual math, rough

FireSignal annual cost (solo)
$3,588
Typical residential fire-restoration job
$18,000 — $40,000

Pricing FAQ

Questions on cost, trial, and cancellation.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. New accounts get a free trial period to see live dispatches before any card is required. Pilot-cohort shops are extended a 60–90 day free window.

Per-alert fees, ever?

No. The $299 base covers an unlimited number of alerts inside Travis County. SMS carrier passthrough is absorbed; we don't bill it through. You pay for seats, never for dispatches.

How much for my whole crew?

The base plan is $299/month and includes one seat — usually the owner. Each additional dispatcher, estimator, or partner is $79/month and gets their own SMS line and dashboard login. A three-person shop runs $457/month.

What if I only cover part of the county?

The territory tool lets you draw your service area inside the county, so you only receive alerts for dispatches inside it. Narrowing the territory reduces noise, not cost — the base is the same whether you watch one ZIP or all of Travis.

What happens if I cancel?

Text STOP at any time and SMS stops at the carrier within seconds. Dashboard access continues through the billing period. We don't lock data behind a paywall — export your history at any time.

Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, Caldwell?

Not yet. Those PSAPs don't publish public real-time CAD feeds; we're working on B2B dispatch agreements county by county. Williamson is the v1.1 target. Property and parcel data for all five counties is already loaded so each will light up the day its agreement closes.

What about our own CRM?

Webhooks are included in the base plan up to 500 deliveries/month — enough for almost every shop. The Higher Volume add-on lifts the cap to 10,000/month. Every send is a signed HTTPS POST with the alert payload, HMAC verification, retry, and signature rotation.

Start free. Pay only after a live dispatch lands.
